His areas of expertise include Financial Organization Engineering, ERP system configuration and implementation, and the Management of and Reporting for multi dimensional matrix organizations.

He holds a BA in Finance from Michigan State University (USA) and an MBA from Wayne State University (USA). He also studied European accounting standards as a Rotary Scholar in Göttingen, Germany
